Before you dash, here are some responses to common objections:

"Why should I work with you? Why shouldn't I work with one of the big consulting firms?"

  • They'll wine and dine you with their starter "A" team - until they get the business. Then they'll put the "C" and "D" bench team to work on your project. With us, you always get our "A" team.
  • Because we're smaller, we're more adaptable to your specific requirements
  • We're also more adaptable to changing market conditions
  • You get to work with an owner who has a vested interest to make sure the project runs smoothly
  • Because we're a smaller firm we can innovate and take calculated risks

"We're small - we'll do this when we get bigger".
Smaller companies may not understand why this comprehensive approach to technology benefits them. They have limited resources (capital and human) and the very people that are needed to create and implement some of the initiatives are the same people that are needed for day-to-day operations. What they don't realize is that if they don't address it now, they might not get bigger. One challenge can wipe them out if they're not prepared.

"It's too expensive."
How expensive would it be if your competition snagged your main client because the competition could "keep up"? How expensive would it be if your best employees abandoned ship to work for a more progressive organization? How expensive would it be if you had to close your company because you can't recover from the latest tropical storm/electrical outage/terrorist attack/insert-your-own-calamity-here?

"We don't have time to address this right now."
